data avaliability

This PR induce the data avaliability feature required by #178 with:

• [x] Porting all encoding implements from the js proto inside circuits
• [x] The exported input data now include hash of the pub (on-chain) tx data
• [x] Unittests
• [x] Integration tests in backend

Seems everything has work, still corresponding PR in circuits should be merged first, and then we should update the reference of circuit here
