remove eth addr from account state

For #195 with following works:

• Exclude eth addr from the hasing of account
• Sync submodule circuits to which has new encoding schemes (no ethAddr involved)
• Testing everything still works

The integration test has been updated:

• The issue in npm i step has been fixed
• Updated node from 14 to 16
• The assertion of state roots has been updated because of the change in hashing schemes
