Support deposit for L1 contract

Now we start to make the system support trustable and stable process for depositing from L1 contract. So every depositing would be ensured to have corresponding effects in the L2 block. We have included following works in this PR

• [x] Consist with the updating of txdata encoding schemes in circuits, so L1 contract can handle the encoded data easily
• [x] Add auxiliary data for handling depositing data
• [x] Add supporting to versionaize the circuits
