Flash Settings / Security Dialog Shows Unnecessary Options

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Embed Wami into any page
2. call Wami.setup
3. Open the page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The security dialog will appear, but it will show the "Display" tab as default 
instead of microphone. Pressing "Close" here without going to the microphone 
tab, and the dialog will simply appear again. You must navigate to the 
microphone tab, press "close" here, THEN you will finally see the "accept or 
deny" prompt. This seems unusual because I have seen many flash recording app 
that simply starts you off right at "accept or deny"

Also, I do notice that one some machine & browser (such as Firefox on Mac), 
only the accept or deny will show, as it should.

What version of the WAMI recorder are you using? What version of Flash are
you using?  In what browser?  On what operating system?

The current version of WAMI as of July 9 2014; Flash 12.0.0.70, but this has 
been noted since I was using Flash 11.9. In Chrome on Mac OSX and Windows 7.

Describe your server-side set-up if it is relevant to this issue.  What
type of web server are you using?  Where is your Wami.swf hosted?  What URL
do you put in startRecording?  What URL do you put in startPlaying?

Server set up not relevant to issue.

Please provide any additional information below.
