add .close() to view #17

This adds support for the latest flumedb, which requires each view has a close() method for tidly closing all views.

ooo, zing, I don't have permission to publish this.

I've tagged it and stepped the version up. @christianbundy can you publish the master branch and perhaps add me to the flumedb org, or add me permission to publish this?

I'll publish this, but I think Dominic is the only one with permissions to add things to the flumedb org. I can ask him to increase my permissions.
