postfix doc: chrooted smtps and submission #13

Both smtps and submission use sasl to authenticate, so they both need to be chrooted

Thanks. Ill double check. But sounds about right.

Yeah this seems to make sense. Not every valid use of submission or smtps is authenticated via SASL (if localhost, same subnet, etc) depending on options chosen but chroot should be fine.
