updated to libclamav9 #18

running a recent version of Ubuntu 20.04, the requirement seems to be libclamav9

I also wonder... is there no extra command to setup and/or start some clamav-related daemon?

There is the freshclam daemon to update the signatures. But clamav itself is called as an on demand executable from amavisd, so there is no daemon for clamav itself.
