[Parent Issue] Full SPARQL Query Support

Description

This ticket is meant to be a parent ticket for any individual tickets that add SPARQL query syntax support for the /sparql API for server/db

This work is important not only for supporting the user community who already interact w/ KGs through SPARQL but also for supporting the zero-shot inference LLM queries against Fluree data (given that the predominant LLMs have been trained on SPARQL but not FlureeQL)

As sub-tasks of this effort are introduced, they can be added to this parent ticket like so:

• [ ] db#508 - support inverse/reverse path ^
• [ ] SPARQL <--> FlureeQL Parity (Regex, Union, Query by Subject IRI)

Setting this down for a bit, the outstanding SPARQL features all require FQL support first:

• MINUS pattern
• subqueries
• property paths
