Scripts don't work in new windows. #217

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run autokey 0.90.4
2. Create some scripts
3. Open any application (or a new window of an already running application)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Scripts don't work in like first 10 seconds after the launch of a window. After 
10 seconds everything is ok. The problem wouldn't be so important, but it 
affects even mini-windows like Opera browser "Go to page" window (F2), RubyMine 
code suggestions, Rubymine class search (ctrl+N) and so on.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Autokey 0.90.4. Ubuntu 12.04
