background changes to black #308

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.input more than 2 lines of text  >>> background turns black hiding function 
keys input
2.after save new program start background in function key window stays black
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
choosing function keys is impssible --> pic

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
