Kindly update the version of image version #1375

Resolving dependencies...
Because mapbox_gl_web 0.16.0 depends on image ^3.0.0 and no versions of mapbox_gl_web match >0.16.0 <0.17.0, mapbox_gl_web ^0.16.0 requires image ^3.0.0.
And because flutter_launcher_icons >=0.12.0 depends on image ^4.0.15, flutter_launcher_icons >=0.12.0 is incompatible with mapbox_gl_web ^0.16.0.
And because mapbox_gl 0.16.0 depends on mapbox_gl_web ^0.16.0 and no versions of mapbox_gl match >0.16.0 <0.17.0, flutter_launcher_icons >=0.12.0 is incompatible with mapbox_gl ^0.16.0.
So, because tiktak_app depends on both mapbox_gl ^0.16.0 and flutter_launcher_icons ^0.13.1, version solving failed.
