App Crash on Android 13, 13+ #499

Added dependency on my flutter project: google_ml_kit: ^0.16.1

Got run time issue:

AndroidRuntime: FATAL EXCEPTION: pool-7-thread-1 Process: com.example.tessaract_ocr_eg, PID: 11284 java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: com.example.tessaract_ocr_eg: Targeting S+ (version 31 and above) requires that one of FLAG_IMMUTABLE or FLAG_MUTABLE be specified when creating a PendingIntent.
