Can't find some Ionicons (Ellipsis-Horizontal-circle and others) #44

Can't Find Some icons, especially Ionicons. Some Icons I noticed to be missing are
* Ionicons.ellipsis-horizontal-circle
* Ionicons.ellipsis-horizontal-circle-outline
* Ionicons.paper-plane-outline
* Ionicons.ios-paper-plane-outline
* MaterialIcons.all-inbox

I pushed out a fork which includes all missing icons including Fontisto fonts and jibiel's fixes for null safety support: https://pub.dev/packages/flutter_font_icons
