Fail to read file: open configs/config.ini: The system cannot find the path specified. #34

Hi, I tried to run the server locally, I have disabled my windows defender, and this is what appears to have an error.

I'm going to close this since what I did was to drag the .exe file on the Windows Command Prompt.
