[pigeon] Documentation improvements #149052

Use case

For someoen new it's still a bit difficult to tell how to use pigeon from scratch for real world usage. It's also a little confusing when to use pigeon versuss ffi-gen vs just a quick plugin.

Proposal

Package of the week, official tutorial, dartpad.dev or zap or similar, short official flutter in focus video - linked to the pub.dev page etc.

Thanks @craiglabenz . I confess I'm enough of a flutter fanboy/enthusiast it'll be exciting to tell friends/ people I'm mentoring when it comes out that it was my request :)
