Update entire 'Build and release an Android app' page #5604

Description of issue:

Information on Android Studio is out of date. Neither the screenshots match, nor the process works in the newest version.

I'm kinda a bad fit for this issue because I use VS Code (and emacs), and I concentrate on deploying to iOS and macOS.

@johnpryan I believe you use Android Studio?

This would some time to update - it's a big page and it's not clear which parts are out of date.
