Para evitar que possÃveis candidatos enviem cvs para vagas já preenchidas, dê manutenção à sua issue, a cada 3 meses, coloque um comentário que continua procurando para a vaga ou feche a mesma comentando se a pessoa foi contratada através do nosso grupo ou por fora. Caso a issue passe de 3 meses e não tiver manutenção, a mesma poderá ser fechada por um moderador do repositório.

What your day will be like 📅
You will explore, ideate and measure solutions in a collaboration with highly skilled Software Engineers, Product Designers and Product Managers. You will participate in the whole lifecycle of the product.
You will make architectural decisions together with other team members.
You will design, build and deploy features focused on quality and reliability. Testing is not an option.
You will improve the day to day processes, practices and systems to improve the team's engineering excellence.
You will have dedicated time to learn and help others learn. You will mentor other engineers to help them grow.
What we are looking for 🔎
Strong expertise in mobile applications development with Flutter and Dart. We do have a mobile app that we need to evolve at many levels.
Experience deploying applications to Google Play and App Store. Knowledge about how to design CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications and work with a feature flagging culture. Production is not the new staging, but almost.
Theoretical and practical background, ability and concern with technical excellence and good practices (TDD, pair programming, refactoring, design patterns, paradigms, etc.).
Familiarity working in a product team collaborating with Product Designers and Product Managers to investigate, ideate, design, build and measure iterative solutions that add value.
Familiarity with the DevOps culture. You build it, you run it.
Pragmatism for problem solving assuming every problem has a simple solution.
Structured communication based on facts and data.
Excellent level of English; spoken and written.
