Getting Error when trying to flutter run

Iam using vscode to launch flutter app and I used emulator and real android device but I still getting this error:

Gridle and kotlin version: com.android.tools.build:gradle:4.1.3 ext.kotlin_version = '1.6.10'

Issue was related to system language, I apply english language for my PC and it's work. Here it shows that 550 in arabic. "h٥٥٠dp-port-v13".
