Update packages #38

A few things that can be updated:

[x] I don't see where meta or pedantic (which is deprecated) is used. AFAICT these can be safely removed. https://github.com/fluttercommunity/flutter_blurhash/blob/6bdec75a7352d1e52f3267296d5726e092d3ebec/pubspec.yaml#L14-L15

[x] This can be bumped up to 0.6.0 (latest stable) https://github.com/fluttercommunity/flutter_blurhash/blob/6bdec75a7352d1e52f3267296d5726e092d3ebec/example/pubspec.yaml#L16
