Issue occurs on: iboth Plugin version: 0.3.11

I´ve been using webview since the first launch of our apps and the error to download file is still ocurring, for us, this is a a MUST HAVE feature and the comunnity aren´t receiving any reply from de developers about this issue.

So... 1) How can we help to solve this problem together? Our team are down for it (let´s do it) 2) If not, there´s any date in mid about this feature?
