feat: Bump to workmanager 2.8.1 #507

Hi, apparently work manager 2.8.1 breaks the periodic task (at least for me) which made me try reverting to the older work manager and it started working.

Has anyone else noticed this behaviour? Not sure if bumping caused this or this change: image
