The current group identifiers enlisted on https://fluves.github.io/pywaterinfo/timeseriesgroupids.html#hic are outdates. We should add the new identifiers, see document at https://hicws.vlaanderen.be/Manual_for_the_use_of_webservices_HIC.pdf pages 7-8
