discussion: cancelResponse #52

Per discussion in https://github.com/flux-framework/flux-k8s/pull/47#issuecomment-1878197437

We want to sanity check:

1) what happens when you don't specify a struct data member for CancelResponse, and 2) what is the relationship between the struct and message CancelResponse.
