New style for the home #28

I wont be able to merge this, but I can help you clean it up so we can merge it.

First it looks like the only change to existing source is the index.html We can use all of those changes with just a few minor tweaks. Instead of including bootstrap lets just link to it from a CDN.

Next since this is bootstrap and we can link to it from a CDN lets remove all the bootstrap files.

Next you should rebase with upstream.

It might be easier to do this on irc where I can help you real time. Please let me know if that is something you are interested in.

Let's go for IRC but we have to arrange. I mean, last week I relocated from Italy to Germany and those days are pretty busy for me. Which is your timezone?

The best time for me would be tomorrow (08/07) at 9:00 CET.

Im located in Texas in Central Time. I work really odd hours though. I am pretty terrible at time conversions. What time GMT would that be?
