fixed links #41

fixed links, created links to starting pages in other starting pages (until now, only English, Spanish and Russian had been there), added stub for style overlays (there was a link in the German howto, but it led to an English page)

I guess makes more sense adding the broken links directly into the hompage for the german section to have all the topics all in one page. http://fluxbox-wiki.org/category/howtos/de/index.html What do you think?
