Convert English pages to use template #75

This is just a "dummy issue", to indicate that work's being done to get things ported over. Perhaps we could gather a set of issues together and set a milestone so outsiders/watchers can keep an eye on progress and what's actually being worked on. Does this sound like a good idea to you guys?

I plan on tackling this particular issue myself. I was able to nail down KeyModes fairly quickly, so the rest of the pages shouldn't be too difficult. Help is welcome, of course, but let me know which pages you want to tackle so I leave them alone! :stuck_out_tongue:

When I will have time I will complete the Italian section and than I will work on the German one, so you can be sure that we won't be working on the same pages.
