This commit updates the links in the README to point to the new Flux CD repositories and help documentation.

I updated the Getting Help section to match the Helm operator README wasn't sure if it should point to the Flux repo like the Helm Operator README or the Helm Operator repo so I just left it to be the same pointing to the Flux repo.
