Fix(docs): Provider attribute descriptions.

Description

Adds descriptions to allow provider attributes.

Motivation and Context

I created this due to a lack of engagement on https://github.com/fluxcd/terraform-provider-flux/pull/388 Fixes https://github.com/fluxcd/terraform-provider-flux/issues/387
