Contributing to Flux #351

The first link to DCO here https://fluxcd.io/docs/contributing/flux/#certificate-of-origin points to a 404 because the hyperlink includes the closing parenthesis of the anchor text by mistake.

It's an issue in hack/gen-content.py - the link in https://github.com/fluxcd/flux2/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md (where the original file is located) works fine.
