Reconsider link-checking #742

Unfortunately we are getting many false positives because we have a mix of links to markdown files and to URLs of the generated HTML. Right now it might be better to turn this off for the time being.

Ideal would be a solution which:

build the site
spins up a small webserver to host the site
runs a linkchecker against it
report back

Has anyone set something like this up already?

Let's disable it for now, no point in having something failing on all PRs with no fix in sight.
