Update Matlab MCR requirement to latest release #57

The current readme specifies Matlab MCR version 2018a for running compiled Matlab code. However, this version of the MCR does not support Apple M-series Silicon.

Can we update the build to support M-series chips.

More broadly, the need to support heterogeneous targets for the code such as ARM chips and GPU should be considered.
