This allows you to choose a turbo mode as a function of the turbo trainer.

There is still a bit to do here, especially in TurboService, where the modes supported by each turbo need plumbing into the UI. However, this seems to work ok.

Sorry about the huge commit!

Should probably test the bushido still works with the changes to ant+ initialization.
