build user creation function #8

User functions requires the following functions:

Inserting of user object to holochain with validation being carried out
Den(s) creation (using channel object?), group (pack) creation
Hooked items to be created using hook functions adhering to linking data structure
Link to relevant time objects
Have relevant time objects created as child tree elements of user

User creation function(s) now compiling. Proper testing of functions still required by JS testing framework to ensure everything is working as intended.
