docs(readme): added information about usb debugging (security settings) #105

README.md: Added Information on USB Debugging

Certain phones require USB Debugging (Security Settings) for the pm commands to work.
And Mi phones require signing into a Mi account to enable that option.

I had to go through these extra steps because I own a Mi device. Thought it'll be of help to someone.
