While we can set sane defaults, there are many settings that may need to be tweaked based on someone's use-case. Users currently have the ability to manage their Stolon configuration at runtime via stolonctl, but it's probably not obvious how to do to this. That being said, we should work to provide better documentation on how to do this or work to streamline the re-configuration process via flyctl.
