May not work with free Fly tier #2

With a free Fly account, I get the following:

Error: failed to provision seed volumes: failed to create volume: Your organization does not have enough trust to access GPU machines. Please contact billing@fly.io to remove the restriction. (Request ID: 01J6F5XY9JXA7X1CW9NAQBNTW7-ewr) (Trace ID: 9d3ab40443393dbd5bdba8076dc3f18f)

Maybe you can contact them to remove the restriction on GPU access.

@a7993n Sure - I just wanted to mention it because it's not in the README.
