Rename position message to boom #105

Currently, we have a message called "robot_state_position". An instance of this 
message exists in the robot state message w/ the name "position". This should 
be renamed to "boom", because boom is a more accurate description of its 
contents.

Correction, the message name is "robot_state_location".
