But all other motors are fine and it disables when a disable signal is sent.

Tested left hip response to EStop. The amplifier disabled as it was supposed to.

This was tested with the motor power off. This may effect the results of the 
test, although it shouldn't. Further testing will be required to see if the 
problem persists.
