For some reason the measured temperture using the thermistors is always greater
for thermistor A and B or C. Find the cause of this offset and correct it.

After using the software a lot, it seems that what we were seeing was simply an
anomaly or whatever offset there was is now gone. My best guess is that for
some reason that coil was just warmer.
