Look into Orocos pre-packaged EtherCAT Master #87

Currently, we have our own interface w/ SOEM. However, the Orocos component 
soem_master is aimed at doing the same things. We should investigate a switch 
to this master, so as to avoid having an entirely-custom EtherCAT connector.

This is no longer of high importance. However, we should still investigate this 
in the future.
