Contact Emotech about torque constant #92

Dr. Grizzle reported that the torque constant of our test motor is half that 
spec'd by Emotech. We suspect that Emotech is measuring current differently 
from us. We should contact Emotech to confirm this.

On further analysis of the test data, Dr. Grizzle measured a torque constant of 
0.1 Nm/Amp. This is close enough to the value Emotech gave us that it is within 
a reasonable error.
