[REQUEST] Add airliner flying docs into the EFB. #3867

Describe the feature you'd like to see implemented

Implement all of the Airliner Flying Docs into the EFB.

I think there was a request to have a web browser incorporated but if not we could have tabs to direct the user to the docs/flybywiresim website.
