Describe the bug

bearing pointer should not point to a "LOC/DME or ILS/DME" station

To Reproduce

1. go to SAWH and tune a LOC/DME only station (111.30 ) and select corresponding VOR
2. you should see ident (US) and dme information but no associated bearing pointer (the bearing pointer should not appear at all because LOC/DME stations do not transmit bearing information)
3. This example (111.30 at SAWH) is a LOC/DME station but still the bearing pointer can not point at those type of stations (DME, ILS/DME or LOC/DME, LOC or ILS).

Expected behavior

When you tune a LOC/DME or ILS/DME only station, it provides only DME and ident information, not bearing information.

Actual behavior

when you tune a LOC/DME or ILS/DME only station, it will give DME and ident and the bearing pointer will point towards the station.
