mcdu freezing-up @ star imput

fbw a32nx ....after installing v6 update when i download a fltpln frm simbreif or frm msfs2020 fltpln all i get is the origin airport & destination airport, also it freezes up in approach imput & can't get back to fltpln page??? use to work good til update and i deleated the fbw a32nx in community folder and reinstalled it now its worse...what happening?
