Flickering on screens during power up #4583

Describe the feature you'd like to see implemented Display flickering before 40sec self test and the fire detection self test as seen in this video could be implemented.

Additional context Please note that the fire alarm sounds and the red fire pushbuttons illuminate. I cannot find a video showing this but I can make one myself and add it later.

The fire alarm sounds are in already like 25 seconds after power up. This is faked as the FWC isn't properly modeled yet but will be in the future. As for the flickering on self test we are waiting for displays to be rewritten in react for it to do that.
