Passing Through 15000 till about FL180 the PFDs have a low refresh rate

Describe the bug

Climbing through 15000 ft till about 18000 ft the PFDs on both sides are a slow refresh rate. The backup altimeter instrument is fine. Usually restores speed after standard altimeter is pulled.

Expected behavior

Expected to run smoothly through all altitudes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Load into A32NX
2. Fly out and climb through 15000 feet
3. PFDs will slowly jump through altitude
