ACP Volume knob 0/100 position is at 12 o´clock #8003

Describe the bug

Volume knobs on the ACPs have wrong 0/100 positions. This is a screenshot of VHF1 at 0 and VHF2 at 100% image

Expected behavior

0% should be at 7 o´clock and 100% should be at 5 o´clock, defaulting to 0 or 50% when loading the plane.

The model anim loops from 12 o'clock to 12 o'clock through 360°.
