Frequency page will duplicate frequencies when switching tabs #8322

Describe the bug

When opening the frequency page on the EFB and switching between tabs, will duplicate certain frequencies. Behavior is demonstrated in the following video (from July):

Also happens for other users, from a user today in discord: image image

Expected behavior

Switching tabs on the frequency page should not duplicate frequencies

Steps to reproduce

  1. Load aircraft
  2. Enable VATSIM communications in EFB
  3. Connet to VATSIM in an area with multiple frequencies online
  4. Open the Frequency page
  5. Switch tabs between different styles of frequencies, notice the duplication of frequencies
