ND Screen Chrono timer pauses when ND screen is 'popped out' and moved. #8646

Describe the bug

I was 'popping' out the Captain's ND screen., I had the chrono timer running, I noticed that the timer on the ND stopped whilst I was moving the ND screen. I closed that and tried CoPilot's ND, the sympton was the same, with timer displayed on the ND and running, ND moved and the timer paused. I also noticed that the clock display on the copilot side whilst in a timer mode, that also paused. In the both cases of the ND screens and the

Expected behavior

I expected the chrono to keep time or at least to be correct when I had placed the popout screens where I wanted them.

Steps to reproduce

Aircraft fully configured for taxi. I was simply using the chrono timer button and saw the problem. This is 100% repeatable.

I don't know if this had been previously working or not in the past with previous versions of either MSFS or the FBW A32NX. It was just something I noticed. MSFS version 1.36.2.0 - never had beta updates running.
