feat(a380x): split out aco configs and implement a380

Summary of Changes

• Adds an AircraftContext for injecting aircraft-specific stuff into the FlyPad (as in https://github.com/flybywiresim/aircraft/pull/8678). One or the other will need rebased.
• Moves the A32NX ACO config definitions back to the A32NX where they came from.
• Moves the ACO page to the A32NX, and creates an A380X one with A380X options.
• Adds the 90, 80, 70, 60 callouts to the A380
• Cleans up and fixes the EFB local var sync so we can have aircraft-specific syncs.
• Fixes the "twenty five hundred" callout on the A380X.

Still broken: 2000 callout sound doesn't seem to be present in the A380X wwise (wwise event new_2000).

• Check that auto callouts still work as per your config in the A32NX.
• Check that boarding rate/fuel rate settings operate on the A32NX.
• No change expected on the A32NX.

Testing Process:

• Spawned at NZNV in the A32NX

• Carried out two touch and gos, first one with all ACOs turned on (twenty-five hundred option for 2500), and second one with basic config.

• Confirmed all enabled ACOs played, and disabled ACOs did not in both tests.

• Spawned at NZAA in the A380X

• Carried out two touch and gos, first one with all ACOs turned on (twenty-five hundred option for 2500), and second one with basic config.

• Confirmed all enabled ACOs played, and disabled ACOs did not in both tests, with the exception of the 2000 callout (expected, sound is missing).

Negatives: N/A

Testing Results: Passed

Conclusions: LGTM
